We love welcoming customers to our Matlock showroom — but we know not everyone can make the trip. A video appointment is the next best thing. One of our team will walk you through the sofas you're considering, show you fabrics and leathers up close, and answer any questions about sizing, comfort, or delivery. About forty minutes, completely free, on whichever video platform suits you best.

We can't offer you a virtual cuppa — yet — but we can offer friendly, expert advice from the comfort of your own home.
Where it's hosted
Your appointment is hosted live from our Matlock showroom. You'll have the undivided attention of one of our team for the whole session — and you might spot other customers browsing in the background.
How long it lasts
Appointments are scheduled for up to forty minutes — plenty of time to ask questions and explore your options without feeling rushed.
How we connect
Once you've booked your slot, we'll be in touch to confirm the details and check your preferred way to connect. We're happy to use Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp — whichever works best for you.
If there's something specific you'd like to see
It helps to know in advance if there's a particular sofa, leather, or fabric you'd like us to walk you through. Our showroom is well-stocked with most of our core designs, but if you're after something specific, do let us know — we'll do our best to have it ready.
