We charge a simple, fixed fee that reflects the level of care and service we provide. This isn’t just courier delivery—it’s a skilled team ensuring your furniture is handled and installed with expertise.

Delivery Costs:

• £49 for most UK mainland postcodes (our standard delivery zone)
• £99 for further-away postcodes (our extended delivery zone) - These include: AB, CT, DD, DG, DT, EH, EX, FK, G, IV, KA, KY, LL, ML, NR, PA, PH, PL, SA, TA, TD, TQ, TR.

Most of our sofa designs fit through standard UK doorways (72–75cm wide).

 Additional help with access:

• Detachable feet come as standard on all models except the Nutshell (we can make this with removable feet for an additional cost).
• Detachable arms come as standard on these models: Battersea, Whitechapel, Hutch, Spitalfield, Urbanite, Dixie, Bessie. If you need detachable arms on a different model, let us know and we’ll advise on options.

We’ll always talk through access details with you ahead of delivery, and we’re happy to review photos and measurements of hallways, staircases, and doorways to ensure everything will fit.

All our deliveries are completed using a3.5-ton long wheelbase Luton van(a transit-sized box van). This allows us to deliver larger pieces safely and efficiently while still accessing most residential areas with ease.

Yes—if you'd prefer, you cancollect your furniture free of charge from our logistics partner in Leeds. Just let us know at the time of order and we’ll make the arrangements.

Our lead times can alter per product and during busier times of the year. However, current lead times are clearly shown on each product page and your order confirmation.

The estimated lead time we quote you includes manufacturing time AND time to deliver your order as well - so its from order date to being in your home.

We're able to cover the whole of the UK over a two week cycle. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll be in touch within one week to arrange a delivery date. In rare cases, supplier delays on fabrics or leathers can extend lead times slightly—but we’ll always keep you informed and offer solutions, whether that’s an alternative option or a fast, hassle-free refund if needed.

For in-stock or express models, delivery is typically within 14 days to most UK mainland addresses. Deliveries to Scotland or Cornwall may take an additional week.

Yes—we offer a furniture removal service for a fixed fee:

• £120 for standard delivery zone
• £170 for extended delivery zone

We’ll remove your old furniture when we deliver your new Old Boot piece. Where possible, we’ll donate reusable items to charity. If not, they’ll be responsibly recycled.

Important: The removal service must be arranged when booking your delivery and is limited to a similar number of seats as we’re delivering (due to van capacity).
