At Old Boot, you can order your new furniture with just a 50% deposit. We understand our lead times are not "next-day"; after all handmade to order quality takes times. So we think its fair you pay a deposit to get the order confirmed and your order on to the workbench. Only when you order is ready for delivery do we ask for the blance.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.
If you'd prefer to spread the cost, PayPal Credit is also available on qualifying orders and is subject to meeting PayPal criteria.

***EXCITING UPDATES COMING SOON*** We don't currently offer long term finance option but we do offer interest-free PayPal Credit, which lets you split payments over time with zero interest (subject to approval by PayPal).

Yes—our cancellation policy depends on the type of order
- Standard models: You can change or cancel your order at any point before delivery.
- Bespoke or customised orders: Please contact us as soon as possible. If production has already begun, cancellations may not be possible.

- Within 2 working days, we’ll get in touch to confirm all the important bits:
- Your design choice and materials
- Delivery access and room-of-choice preferences
- Aftercare details and next steps
- You’ll receive regular updates throughout the build process, right up until your furniture is ready for delivery.
